During the Halloween night, the Ohio Oxford Police pulled over a car that was driving without headlights on the wrong way of a one-way street. When the driver stepped out of the car it was apparent that he was wearing a breathalyzer costume, but when the 20-year-old man blew on the real thing, the alcohol level in his blood was fund to be 0.158, well above the legal driving limit of 0.08. The Police also discovered cans of beer on the front seat of the car and in the trunk. The man was charged for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, possessing a fake ID, underage drinking, and a one-way street violation.
This goes to prove that a real breathalyzer test might save you a lot of trouble if you take it on your own device before getting behind the driving wheel of you car.
